⭐ Step 1: Your Design Comes to Life
Whether it’s a logo, graphic, or text, we start with your digital design. You can send us your own artwork or work with our design team to create something from scratch.

🖨️ Step 2: We Print It on Film
Using a specialized DTF printer, your design is printed in full color onto a clear PET film. This film acts like a temporary canvas for your image.

🧂 Step 3: We Apply a Powder Adhesive
While the ink is still wet, a fine layer of heat-melt adhesive powder is applied to the back of the printed design. This powder is what helps your design stick securely to the fabric.

🔥 Step 4: Heat Curing
The film with the adhesive powder is then cured using a heat oven or press. This bonds the adhesive and makes the print ready for application.

👕 Step 5: Heat Press onto Garment
Now comes the fun part—pressing the design onto your shirt, hoodie, or other apparel. We use a professional-grade heat press to ensure even pressure and perfect placement.

🧊 Step 6: Hot or Cool Peel – We Choose What’s Best
Depending on the type of film and garment, we may use a hot peel (peeled right after pressing) or a cool peel (allowed to cool before peeling). Both methods leave behind a vibrant, smooth, and durable design—our goal is always the best finish for your custom piece.

📦 Step 7: Quality Check, Packaging & Shipping
Before your custom apparel leaves our hands, we do a final quality check to ensure everything looks and feels just right.
Each item is then carefully packaged to protect the print and garment during shipping.
We ship your order promptly, and you’ll receive tracking info so you can follow it all the way to your doorstep.
Does This Use Vinyl?
No, Our DTF (Direct-to-Film) prints do not use vinyl in any form. Unlike vinyl, which is cut and applied in layers, DTF uses ink printed onto film and heat-transferred for a softer feel, more detailed design, and longer-lasting finish.
